Kind and caring staff. Professional, yet friendly and treat you like a person and not just a patient. Doctor and staff all had very good bedside manner and were very attentive and thorough. Husband had very severe abdominal pain and within minutes of arriving they had him hooked up to an IV administering pain meds. Very happy with the care received.

Kingwood emergency hospital was efficient and professional in the service and care I received. Camille was polite, helpful and concerned about my health issue. I was quickly ushered to the back where Coleton, Jordan and Heather got right to work determining the care I needed. Dr Cobb was a very kind and compassionate provider. He was also humorous yet straight forward without being demeaning. I’d recommend Kingwood emergency hospital to friends and family.

As always Dr. Temple is so personable yet totally professional in his work. He took care of my eye problem and I was out and back in tip top shape immediately. His Staff worked with him to expedite the care needed to get me back to seeing again. Erik Miller was fast and caring. Charles White made sure I had the proper drops to my eye and Jared Reeves was there to help with discharge paperwork. Erick Sujo and Katherine H took me promptly to a room. Luisa Rodriguez took care of my paperwork and getting me seen. Talk about great team work! Such a hands-on caring staff. You can’t beat it.

Kingwood Emergency Hospital is the best hospital I have been to in a while. Very warm and welcoming from the start! Prompt service, no waiting, and the physicians are very thorough. They took great care of my son, and I was pleased with the service and the visit overall. If I ever need to visit a hospital emergency room again, this is definitely the place I’ll go!

When I came in I was having an incredibly rough time. I was having intense intestinal cramps that were making me vomit from the pain. Thanks to the nurses Candace, Janey, Christina, Ashley, and Grace they made my experience at this hospital comfortable. It was also thanks to them and the diagnosis from my doctors that I was able to recover fast. This hospital is very great and I recommend it as the place you go for emergency care.

Amazing people from the front desk to the dr! We took our 4 year old son in for a serious respiratory issue and he was seen immediately. The entire staff was wonderful at keeping him calm and entertained while doing an amazing job treating him and arranging for transportation to Texas Children’s. I highly recommend for any urgent care needs.

Kingwood Emergency Hospital is by far the best center to go too for fast and friendly service.. The staff and doctors are so helpful.. Dr. Visser was my physician today and he went over and beyond to figure out the problems that brought me into the center today.. The Rn Jamie and Tech Erick and even the front desk receptionist were also helpful and super friendly… Thank you guys for all your help today..
